Karima in Spanien – Teil 3

My third month with Mamahuhu (22.02.-22.03.2018)

In the third month a daily routine is reached slowly. I prepared as usually the online orders, worked on my second blogpost, and learn everyday about SEO strategies. A new task added was creating and sending Newsletter.

Last week big changed happened when Henrik and Effy who were responsible for the online shop, left the company. Karima in Spanien – Teil 3 weiterlesen

Sadyk in Spanien 2

Sadyk ist in seinem 2. Monat als Jungunternehmer bei Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs bereits aktiv in konkrente Projekten seines Gastunternehmers in Spanien eingebunden – aber lest selbst.

The basic task for this month is to optimize the Search Engine Rankings (SEO). In order to get an overview of our rankings, Rafael showed me the SEO-Tool Sistrix. To analyze the current Search listings in Google I made myself familiar with Sistrix. My research showed me that we have to work on the webpage speed.

Rimante in Italien – Teil 2

The second month of EYE has found me in full immersion. I am learning every day. The highlight of the month – the implementation of a training course (TC) focused on ETC. ETC is a methodology of education through sport.

The participants of a TC in the frame of “SETEA” – Sport Education Triggering Entrepreneurial Action

Entrepreneurship, leadership, involvement, team building through sport are the main keywords that dominated my February in Sassari. TC activities were based on Non Formal Education tools as a medium for conveying entrepreneurial practices and values. Rimante in Italien – Teil 2 weiterlesen

Tim in Spanien 5

Now already the February is over and my time with Lemongrass-Media as a “Young Entrepreneur” is slowly coming to an end. The February was also in Barcelona a bit colder and I witnessed a snowfall in Barcelona (allegedly happening once every 5 years). Even if the snow did not remain on the ground, many children got „school-free due to the snowfall“ here.

My Host company is ICIRED Impagados S.L. It is an online debt collection company that was founded in 2015. It has its offices in the city center of Granada/Spain. As the company is focused on their online services, announcing registered debtors on search machines such as Google and Bing, the main goal is to push their online appearance. My second month in Granada with Mamahuhu (15.01.-21.02.2018)

In this period of time I published my first blog post on the mamahuhu.online blog, check it our here and leave a comment if you like 😉 https://www.mamahuhu.online/blogs/news/top-20-books-on-ethical-and-sustainable-fashion

By sharing the post with other people who are interested and engaged in promoting ethical fashion, I gained important knowledge about the world of ethical fashion, that can be crucial for our own business. Karima in Spanien – Teil 2 weiterlesen

Rimante in Italien – Teil 1

January 5, 2018, it was early morning and I was sitting on a bench outside the Alghero-Fertilia Airport, waiting for a bus to Sassari. It was the official beginning of my Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs program, I felt excited and curious. Rimante in Italien – Teil 1 weiterlesen

Enrico in Deutschland – Teil 1

What does it mean to be an Erasmus Entrepreneur?

“Erasmus once, Erasmus forever” we usually said during my student career, and I didn’t want to stop this kind of feeling. Be an Erasmus, for me, means discovery and curiosity towards everything that is different from what you know. During my Erasmus in Portugal as a student, and in Croatia as a marketing intern, I learned about different cultures, new languages, I made new friends around the world, I opened my mind, and now I’m a richer person.

Karima in Spanien – Teil 1

My first month in Granada with Mamahuhu

As an ethical shoe brand Mamahuhu is represented by two shops in Barcelona, one shop in the main shopping street of Granada and an online shop. The online stock is based here at the shop in Granada, where I am working. When I started this entrepreneurial exchange, Henrik and Effy were in Granada too. They run the online business, my main field of interest. In these first days they showed me the stock, how to take professional product photos, put them online and work on the SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Beyond that I got important insights into preparing online orders for shipping and how to meet high standards of customer service, i.e. with each order the customer gets a handwritten card which explains shortly how they support ethical fashion by buying Mamahuhu shoes and who had made their handmade shoes. It is just great! Karima in Spanien – Teil 1 weiterlesen
