June 2018 is behind me, as is the EYE adventure in Sardinia. January 5, 2018, when I was waiting for a bus to Sassari feels like forever ago, at the same time, it was a very fleeting experience. Due to personal issues I had to shorten my exchange to with my HE Maria and her tourist company Turnus from five months to a month and twenty days. Thus, June 2018 was the second and the last month of my exchange. I agreed with Maria to cancel our previous plan of organizing together a tour to Lvov, Ukraine and we focused mainly on my plan to organize an educational tour on icons at the Studenica monastery, Serbia in the mid September 2018. Für Karima, eine Jungunternehmerin, die BUPNET nach Barcelona, Spanien begleitet hat, ist Erasmus für Jungunternehmer zu Ende gegangen. Nach 6 Monaten verlässt sie ihren Gastunternehmer voller neuer Erfahrungen und Eindrücke.
After many hours of learning and working with photo editing softwares the product pictures are finally done. In this process I have learned a lot from my own mistakes that I have done at the beginning. I had to reshot the pictures because here the problems with the product pictures started. I am glad to have finally found the right way to take and edit high quality pictures for an online business.

This month did not feel to have 30 days referring to the tasks we accomplished as well to the time to learn new things.

I began my EYE program on the 1st of May 2018 in Warsaw, Poland with my exchange partner Maria. Her company Turnus is specialized for organizing academic tours in the field of art, architecture and graphic design. Since I plan to establish an academic program in religion as a combination of academic courses abroad and on-line learning, Maria is an ideal partner to learn about organizing academic tours. My first days in Warsaw passed in accommodating to the new environment, such as moving to new apartment, exploring the city, obtaining a city travel pass, etc.

The inventory is finally done and Luis opened a new shop in Barcelona. For that reason I worked very independently in the past weeks. Sadyk erlebt während seines Austausches mit EYE, wie sich in Europa länderübergreifende Synergien und Zusammenarbeit auf Unternehmensebene entwickeln kann.
The time here at ICIRED seems to pass very fast. It feels as I just began here in Granada and as I watch the date it is June! Although the time is running I realized that we also managed to fulfil a heavy workload.
This month I was busy with two projects. The first one is a quite interesting one. Although ICIRED just works on a national level here in Spain, we realized that we have a lot of clients that have their roots outside of Spain, either retired people or employees from multinational companies that have a branch in Spain. Initiated by my colleague Luigi, the Head of Comercial Operations, we developed a plan to get in contact German companies that are operating in Spain and are therefore prospective clients on their LinkedIn profile.
